Troy Milnthorp

Troy is a Senior Director in Eckler’s Saskatoon office, where he delivers pension and actuarial consulting services to a diverse range of clients across Canada. Before joining Eckler, Troy served as Senior Managing Director at the Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation, overseeing all pension, health, life insurance, and disability programs administered by the organization. Earlier in his career, Troy was a partner at Aon, where he acted as an account executive for a substantial portfolio of clients. An actuary by profession, Troy holds the FSA, FCIA, SOA, and CIA designations and earned his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Statistics from the University of Saskatchewan. Troy was elected to the Sandbox Board of Directors in May 2018.
