- Mail service will be paused temporarily. This means delays in receiving:
- Policy documents
- Claims or refund cheques
- Cancellation notices
- Payments sent by mail
What You Can Do
To stay up-to-date and manage your policy without delay, here are your options:
Customer Service Hub
If you haven’t already, sign up for our Customer Service Hub at sandbox.ca. Once registered, you can:
- Download policy documents
- Submit claims
- Make payments
Payment Options
You can also continue to make payments using:
- Direct payments with credit/debit at sandbox.ca
- Online Banking (through your financial institution)
- Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- Courier Services (if you prefer to mail a cheque, please use a courier service to ensure delivery without delay)
We’ve Got You Covered
Your policy will not be cancelled due to missed payments during this period of disruption. If the strike is prolonged we may reassess this and adjust our procedures and processes to better support policyholders through an extended interruption.
