DIVE IN AND MAKE A SPLASH EVERY DAY, BY:

• Examines routine claim files, gives direction to staff and independent adjusters, confirms 
  coverage and authorizes loss payments.
• Answers routine inquiries from insureds, brokers, and adjusters.
• Adjust claims by telephone.
• Trains and provides guidance to clerical staff.
• Performs related duties as required.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SANDBOX:

• High School Grad: Completion of Grade 12 education
• Insurance Wizard: Successful completion of at least two Insurance Institute courses along with a positive commitment toward completion of the CIP designation, demonstrated by completing two Institute courses per year.
• Experience Counts: A minimum three (3) years experience in the industry
• Master Communicator: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail Detective: Fantastic detail-orientation skills to make informed decisions when it comes to claims
• People Person: Friendliness and interpersonal communication skills — the ability to maintain effective working relationships with team members and encouragement of company culture
