Jan plays a key role in turning data and technology into practical tools that support both business goals and policyholder needs.

With a background in technology leadership and business analytics, Jan is focused on building an ecosystem that’s secure, scalable, and delightfully simple to use, from the systems teams rely on behind the scenes to the digital experiences policyholders expect at their fingertips. He brings a deep understanding of how data-driven insights and thoughtful automation can improve decision-making, streamline operations, and reduce complexity.
