David Chapman‑Collier was named Vice President, Underwriting at Sandbox Mutual Insurance in June 2025, continuing a career that has spanned more than a decade with the organization.

David began his Sandbox journey in claims, where he gained firsthand insight into what policyholders need most when things go wrong. That early experience shaped his people-first approach in his role as Manager, Product Development where he developed products that are easy to understand, tailored to real needs, and built to deliver real value.

Now, as VP, Underwriting, David leads the underwriting team in enhancing Sandbox's underwriting practices, ensuring they are clear, fast, and delightfully simple.
