Manitoba Auto Policy Contest Rules & Regulations

Eligibility

  • The contest is open to all brokers in Manitoba, writing through an authorized Sandbox Mutual Insurance broker code.
  • Participants must be a legal resident of Canada and the age of majority in the province of Manitoba as of May 15, 2023.
  • The contest winner must be an employee of a broker doing business with Sandbox Mutual Insurance at the time of the prize package commencing.
  • Sandbox Mutual Insurance shall have the right, at any time, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the promotion. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification.

Sandbox Mutual Insurance reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading personal details and/or information. 

Contest Period

The contest is open from 7:30 AM (CT) on May 15 until 4:30 PM (CT) on July 14, 2023.

How To Win

  • Brokers will be entered into a random draw with every auto policy bound (personal lines and commercial auto) successfully with Sandbox Mutual Insurance, during the contest period.
  • Brokers will receive one entry per auto policy bound.
  • Weekly contest winners will be determined by random draw.
  • Policies bound must be in the best interest of the customer being represented.
  • Bound policies that will be counted towards the contest cannot be a cancel/rewrite or Broker Letter of an existing policy or business that currently exists with Sandbox Mutual Insurance
  • When submitting a policy, Manitoba Auto Application must be included in the subject line to be eligible for the contest.
  • If an individual wins a prize their name and the winning auto policy will be entered back into the draw for the grand prize only.
  • Winners will be contacted via email.
  • The weekly random draws will take place the following dates:

  • 8 weekly contest prizes are available to be won*. 1 prize available to be won per weekly draw. There is grand prize available to be won.

* Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

General

Sandbox Mutual Insurance cannot be held responsible for quotes/entries that are lost or delayed during the contest period. Sandbox Mutual Insurance is not responsible for any failures or technical malfunctions of its systems during the contest period.
Sandbox Mutual Insurance reserves the right to cancel the contest or modify any of these rules at its discretion. Decisions of Sandbox Mutual Insurance will be final on all aspects of the contest including matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure, and fulfillment. This contest shall be subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
