We are very excited to be growing Sandbox Mutual Insurance. We are on the search for a permanent full-time ECM/CRM Analyst. Reporting to the Manager, ECM, the successful candidate will ensure the respective systems (ECM and CRM) are effectively implemented and utilized to drive simplicity, improve efficiency through innovation, and enhance user and customer experiences. Supports the use and benefits of our ECM system and ensures efficient document and records management across the organization. CRM’s primary focus is on implementing and supporting a solution that optimizes customer engagement, improves business processes, and enhances overall customer satisfaction through CRM technology.


As ECM/CRM Analyst YOU Will Be Responsible For:

  • Works closely with the Manager, ECM, and evaluates and translates business requirements, identifies opportunities, and participates in the development of new 
    system features or enhancements that meet the business needs.
  • Assists with configuration, development, acceptance testing, and overall solution delivery that optimizes efficiency through ECM and CRM functionality.
  • Creates and maintains reference material for end-user enablement by designing around system and processes (User & Admin Guides) and delivers user training for business systems and processes that enhance the user experience.
  • Participates and provides input on Records and Information Management (RIM) program design with classification, storage, retention, destruction, and digitization of physical records for proper data governance.
  • Works closely with all business units, gathering feedback and offering guidance on business process efficiency to ensure solutions offer options with no dead ends.
  • Assists in the implementation of data quality standards that ensure data integrity remains accurate, reliable, and consistent. Adheres to data security and data privacy acts, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Establishes collaborative relationships with project teams and business stakeholders to deliver delightfully simple ECM and CRM solutions that will positively impact our customer experience.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


What We Need From YOU!

  • Completion of Grade 12 education.
  • Successful completion of at least one company approved related course.
  • 1 - 2 years’ related experience with ECM/CRM solutions, training delivery, end-user support, and records management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think tactically, weigh risks, and apply sound judgement to decision making.
  • Strong organizational ability, time management skills and proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while performing detailed work accurately.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including ECM and CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain respectful working relationships, effectively communicate verbally and in writing, listen actively and respond effectively with others internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated commitment to innovation, creativity, and continuously seeking improved approaches that enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Acts as a role model who supports a delightfully simple insurance experience and a positive organization culture.

This unionized position offers an annual salary range of $45,843 – 52,093, a comprehensive benefits package, a fun and inclusive work environment, professional development opportunities and the potential for further advancement within the company.
